Refund Policy

Many of our items are customized for each individual customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the personalization of their garments are set to their personal requirements when applicable. Universal Lettering Company, Inc. operating at will offer a refund for store credit if and only if the item that was produced and shipped to the customer does not meet the specifications as defined by the order invoice. The invoice will be emailed to the customer along with the confirmation of order via email at the time of sale.

Items that are not personalized may be returned to Universal Lettering within 14 days of delivery. The shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Universal Lettering Company, Inc. will give the customer a 24 hour grace period over which time the customer can call 877-793-7552 to make changes to their order. After the 24 hour grace period additional charges, up to but not exceeding the selling price of the original order, may be incurred by the customer.
